The breakfast basket
We love good ingredients and home baking, so you can start to look forward to our lovely breakfast basket.
Hos os bestræber vi os på at bruge så mange gode danske og allerhelst lokale råvarer som muligt.
The apple juice is from the surrounding fields belonging to Hestehavegård Frugtplantage, the cold cuts are from our own very popular butcher here at Rønhave, the tea is from Østerlandsk.
The cakes and warm buns are homemade, as are the granola, rye bread crumble and compote.

Our TAKE AWAY breakfast basket will be ready for you at our kitchen door on the 1st floor every weekday from 7:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. and weekends and holidays from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
When you are finished, please place the basket on a table in our lounge. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
Breakfast
We love good ingredients and therefore we use as many Danish and preferably local ingredients as possible.
Our breakfast consists of:
- Hjemmebagte boller efter egen opskrift
- Ryebread
- Jam
- Cheese
- Cold cuts
- Yogurt
- Fruit/vegetables
- Something sweet
We serve apple juice from Hestehavegaard Frugtplantage and coffee or tea with a selection from Østerlandsk.
Allergies
If you can't tolerate gluten, nuts or anything else, we can help. If you want it to be vegetarian or pescetarian, just remember to let us know at least the day BEFORE your arrival, so that we can be sure to have it ready. If we don't get notified at least the day before, we may not be able to help you with your special requests until the next day. (Unfortunately, we can't offer lactose-free breakfast or vegan options yet)

Sustainable tourism
We are constantly evolving at Green Glamping and we are about to be ready to share all the things we do on a daily basis to ensure that we as an accommodation take the best possible care of the surroundings that we love so much.
Many of the things we have done since we started Rønhave Bed & Breakfast in June 2011, we have never thought were a necessary part of our branding, but simply something that was common sense.
We are also good at sorting waste here at Rønhave and in general in Sønderborg, we sort primarily into leftovers, food, plastic, glass, metal and cardboard waste. In connection with this, there is a sorting bin in all tents, as well as larger bins at the end of our annex. We all have to contribute a little to the environment, so if you can help us with this small thing while you are staying here with us, we are very grateful. We try to be as sustainable as possible and become more and more skilled in this area.
