At Rønhave we are constantly making improvements, some more obvious than others. We paint many of our walls several times a year, but hopefully only we can see it. Over the years, it is inevitable that some signs of wear will appear, and that is only a positive sign, which means that we can welcome a lot of happy guests every year :)  

We love to go and make small improvements and initiatives that can make a difference, and we are convinced that it is more fun to come again and again and see if you can spot our small projects. After all, we are very lucky that every season we can say hello to both a lot of new guests, but also all our loyal guests who come year after year. Some of us are even lucky enough to say hello to several times a year when they go on a family trip to Rønhave with a few nights' stay.

As described in some of our other blog posts, we love to reuse some of the old things we find around. We couldn't bring ourselves to throw away the old shelves, so they have been stored in our old apple warehouse. It has been insulated and heated so that the furniture doesn't get damaged (-and yes, we have stored several things, but we haven't found the right place for them yet, but they will probably find their place at the right time ;)

We have also started recycling a little, by simply painting our furniture in some fresh new colors, and in this way we create a new, fresh and more exciting look for our bedrooms and other rooms in the house.
