We make sure all the little things are in order when you arrive. There is a small welcome letter with all the information you need: for example, internet, waste sorting and the shortest route to the water.
Of course, there are also towels and bed linen for each guest. Additionally, you will find a tea towel and dishcloth in the kitchen. Bring extra should you need it.
Departure/Check out: Check-out is no later than 11:00, where the key is left in the front door.
To the beach: The guesthouse is surrounded by beautiful nature on all sides, and it is only approximately 700 meters to the water.
Internet: Wireless internet, the code is noted on the welcome sheet, which you will find on the dining table upon arrival.
CO₂-neutralt i Sønderborg:
At the gable of the house you will find containers for food waste, residual waste and recycling. We hope you will want to contribute to our joint efforts for the environment while you stay with us.
Number of guests
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add extra beds in this unit. It is important that only the number of people booked is staying. Violation of this will result in immediate departure as it is a breach of house rules.
Pets and smoking
Although we love animals, pets are not allowed in any of our accommodations.
Smoking is only allowed outdoors and must take place at least 5 meters from all doors and windows.
Violation of these rules will result in a fee of DKK 5,000 to cover additional cleaning, temporary closure and rebooking of subsequent guests. The amount must be paid immediately.
Cancellation rules
Free cancellation - up until 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation after then will require full payment.

2 Bedrooms
The guesthouse has two bedrooms.
The master bedroom is furnished with a spacious king-size bed measuring 210 x 210 cm.
The smaller bedroom has 3 single beds measuring 90 x 180 cm, two of which are pushed together.
The Kitchen
The house's kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, small freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, traditional coffee machine and electric kettle.
There is service for five people as well as various kitchen utensils such as pans, pots, ladle, palette knife, bread knife, paring knife, trivets, ovenproof dish, cutting boards, corkscrew and other practical equipment.
The living room is furnished with a dining area at one end and a cozy sofa corner with TV at the other.
The terraces
There are two terraces available:
The small terrace is furnished with a fire pit and comfortable chairs, which are free to use.
The large terrace has a dining area with a table and seating for five people, as well as a barbecue for outdoor cooking.
There is also a cozy corner with a café table and two chairs - perfect for a quiet moment with coffee or a book.
The Wintergarden
The charming winter garden offers large patio doors, a dining area for five people, cosy nooks for relaxation and a wood-burning stove that creates warmth and ambiance.
