At Check-in our smiling team is ready for you in our lifestyle shop Olde A, with information and keys to the tents. They are ready to answer any questions you may have regarding your glamping stay.
The breakfast basket can be picked up every day at our kitchen door between 7:30-10:00 on weekdays and from 8:00-10:00 on weekends on the 1st floor. (Remember to inform us about allergies etc. in the comments field when booking.)
Departure/Check out
Vi elsker at sige farvel til jer, så kom gerne forbi køkkenet eller slå et smurt omkring butikken inden I drager afsted igen. Nøglen afleveres i køkkenet, sammen med morgenmadskurven inden kl. 10.00.
Cancellation rules
Free Cancellation if 1-2 tents up until 3 days before arrival.
Afbestilles der senere, bliver beløbet for opholdet ikke refunderet.
Gratis afbestilling ved 3 telte eller mere – indtil 30 dage før ankomstdagen, og det indbetalte refunderes.
Cancellation after then will require full payment.

You live next to our beautiful park, which is surrounded by a protected lake and moat, so please join each other's arms and go for a walk in the garden. In the back of the garden it is often possible to find a quiet spot, with space to hear birds singing and stretch your body after a good night's sleep. If you haven't tried a moonlight walk, we can also highly recommend this. Go for a walk barefoot and strengthen your senses and experience how much the moon can illuminate when there is no artificial light to disturb.

Lounge area
We have created a side of the tent with a couple of lounge chairs and a small table, so it is possible to sit and enjoy yourself indoors if it rains or is windy. So feel free to pack your favorite games in your bag.
The Kitchen
At the other end we have placed a refrigerator, a Nespresso machine, an electric kettle, an induction hob and tableware for 2 people. On the small shelf you will find a pan, pot, cutting board, wine opener, salad bowl etc. To make it possible to make an easy and cozy evening meal. Bring something from home, or maybe you have found something along the way, or you should stop by the butcher here at Rønhave.
The Terrase
On the wooden terrace in front of the tent we have chosen to make a small dining area with a sail over it and put a small electric grill, which is free to use. We hope you will help keep it clean and user-friendly for the next ones too. On the terrace we have also planted a small herb garden, which is also free to use.
Rules for Green Glamping
Outside visitors do not have access to the glamping area.
We like children & animals, but unfortunately they are not welcome here as we want to create an opportunity for peace and tranquility. Minimumsalderen for check-in er 21 år, og gyldig billedlegitimation skal kunne fremvises på forespørgsel.
Rygning ser vi gerne foregår i gårdspladsen og cigaretskodderne kan efterlades i zinkspandende. Rygning i teltene og på tilhørende terrasser er ikke tilladt.
Please put your mobile phone on silent so you can hear and enjoy nature best. There is a maximum of 2 people in each tent, so you have room to just relax.
Minimum age for check-in is 21 years old.
We recommend a quiet night in the glamping area from 23:00
Unfortunately, we cannot assist with company parties, weddings and special birthdays.
