We have been considering creating a blog for a long time, but we haven't really had the time or quite known what it should contain and how we should do it. 

Many of our guests ask for the recipes for our homemade buns and cakes. Instead of sending them by email, we think it would be easier (for both parties) if we could refer to our website.

Of course, much of the time at Rønhave is spent serving guests, making breakfast, cleaning, taking reservations and answering inquiries, but our everyday life also consists of many other things.

We spend the winter months in particular making sure that Rønhave is always cozy and inviting – even now that we have entered our 7th season with holiday apartments. In addition to repairing any damage and replacing a few things on an ongoing basis, it is also extremely important to constantly update and develop so that it continues to be delicious and exciting to come here to Rønhave.

That's why we also use the colder months to make small cozy projects, where we, for example, sew new pillows and egg warmers, paint furniture or walls and decorate with small cozy still lifes for the different seasons. We are constantly developing our breakfast and trying out new recipes. It is extremely important that development never stands still. 

We have wanted to gather everything in one place, so now it is.
